Rescheduling and cancellation
To change or cancel an appointment, please contact us as early as you can on +91 11 4990 1358, on WhatsApp at +91 93111 01654, or by email at Sawasdiwellness@gmail.com. Advance notice lets us offer the slot to another guest and helps us hold your preferred therapist and time for a new date.
Late arrivals and no-shows
If you arrive late, your treatment may be shortened so that the next guest is not delayed. Repeated no-shows without notice may affect our ability to hold future bookings at short notice.
Refunds
This website does not take online payments, so no charge is made when you submit a booking request. Any refund for a treatment, package or membership purchased at the spa is handled by our team at the spa, in line with the terms agreed at the time of purchase. Please write to Sawasdiwellness@gmail.com with your booking details and we will respond.
