Appointments
Requests made through this website are appointment enquiries. A booking is confirmed only once our team responds by phone, WhatsApp or email. Treatment durations shown are approximate and include preparation time.
Arrival and conduct
We recommend arriving a little before your appointment so your treatment can begin on time; late arrivals may be shortened so that following guests are not delayed. We ask guests to keep the spa a quiet, respectful space.
Health and suitability
Please tell your therapist about pregnancy, injuries, allergies, recent surgery or any medical condition before your treatment. Our treatments are for relaxation and wellbeing and are not a substitute for medical advice or care.
Memberships and packages
Membership cards and packages are personal to the member unless we agree otherwise in writing, and their sessions and inclusions are as described on our membership page at the time of purchase.
