When you use our booking or enquiry forms, or subscribe to our newsletter, we collect the details you choose to provide — typically your name, email address, phone number, preferred treatment, preferred date and time, and any notes you add to your request. We do not collect payment details through this website.
How we use it
We use your details only to respond to your enquiry, confirm and manage your appointment, and — if you have subscribed — to send occasional updates about treatments and memberships. You can ask us to stop these updates at any time.
Sharing
We do not sell your personal information. Booking and enquiry details are received by our spa team at Sawasdiwellness@gmail.com and are used only for the purpose you shared them. Some pages embed Google Maps, which is provided by Google and subject to Google's own privacy terms.
Retention and your choices
We keep enquiry and booking records only as long as needed to serve you and to meet our record-keeping obligations. You may request a copy, correction or deletion of your information by writing to Sawasdiwellness@gmail.com or calling +91 11 4990 1358.
